Al Safa

Al Safa is one of Dubai's most prestigious districts, designed for high-income individuals. The unique feature of the area is that a large part of it is taken up by the recreational area - Safa Park, and the northeast side is framed by the Dubai Canal.

The location is also distinguished by its diverse infrastructure and convenient location between the coastal district of Jumeirah and the main UAE highway, Sheikh Zayed Road.

Another advantage of Al Safa is the presence of the Onpassive Metro Station, which allows for quick and traffic-free travel to Dubai's tourist and business center.

The Al Safa district is divided into two communities: Al Safa 1 - near Safa Park, and Al Safa 2 - closer to the Umm Al Sheif district. The development consists of residential real estate, mainly villas and apartments, as well as commercial real estate - class A offices and business centers.         Al Safa — Location

        The Al Safa district is located along the main UAE highway, Sheikh Zayed Road (E311), surrounded by a developed transportation system and central districts of Dubai, such as Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah.

        The area has the Onpassive Metro Station and numerous public transport stops. The sea coast with well-maintained beaches is a seven-minute drive away, and Downtown is ten minutes away.
