Elaya

Near Elaya, there's a park with trains and carousels, an aqua zone, sports area with football, basketball, and paintball courts, paddle tennis and squash courts, a skate park, and a wave pool. Two international schools, Aspire Horizon Academy and GEMS, will open in 2026 in Town Square. Three kindergartens and two private clinics are already operational, with three more kindergartens, three clinics, and a hospital planned for 2026.

Elaya is surrounded by kilometers of greenery with jogging and biking trails, parks, squares, dog-walking areas, creating a park-life atmosphere. A massive 50,000 sq m park nearby offers many outdoor cafes and shops.

Around Elaya, there's well-thought-out adult relaxation and work infrastructure including coworking spaces, tennis courts, a games room, cinema, music rooms, cafes, and shopping alleys. Celebrations can be held at a restaurant serving alcohol.

Nshama Development, the developer of Elaya and the Town Square district, is led by Muhammad Al Abbar, founder of Emaar, which built the world's tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, and Downtown Dubai.

Elaya offers an interest-free installment plan where only 50% of the apartment cost is due by the end of construction. The remaining 50% is due upon key handover in September 2026.
