Masaar is a residential development located in the suburbs of Sharjah, overseen by the Arada developers. Set for its initial deliveries in the first quarter of 2023, the area features an extensive green landscape with over 50,000 trees.

The community is divided into eight phases, with the Sendian community marking its start, followed by the Kaya community. Both these sectors offer properties built with environmentally conscious materials, set against a backdrop of greenery.
