Zayed City is a planned community located in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. Named after Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founding father of the UAE, this community is a testament to the nation's commitment to sustainable urban development and a high standard of living. Also known as Khalifa City C, the district is a part of the UAE’s Plan 2030 and will sit between Abu Dhabi International Airport and Mohammed Bin Zayed City.
Currently under development, Zayed City offers its future residents off-plan projects with residential and commercial plots for sale. It is planned to become a home for approximately 370,000 people accommodated across almost 3,000 residential plots. The residents will enjoy great connectivity with the rest of the city via a range of transportation options including metro and high-speed rail.
