          The Anantara Sharjah Residences are being developed by Arada, a company founded in 2017 in the UAE. To date, the company has launched three master communities in Sharjah: Aljada, Nasma Residences, and Masaar, as well as premium residential complexes Jouri Hills in Jumeirah Golf Estates and Armani Beach Residences in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

          The properties available include apartments with 1–4 bedrooms and penthouses with 3–4 bedrooms.

          Prices for 1-bedroom residences are 2,522,000 dirhams. 2-bedroom residences cost 4,486,000 dirhams. 3-bedroom residences are priced at 6,415,000 dirhams. 4-bedroom residences cost 7,516,000 dirhams.

          There is an interest-free installment plan available until the end of construction in the second quarter of 2027. 55% of the property price can be paid upon transfer of ownership, 35% during construction. A down payment of only 10% is required.

          Key features of the layouts include: guaranteed panoramic sea views from each residence, separate kitchens, all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes, and between 2 to 5 rooms have access to balconies.
