The mansions of the Beach Villas project come in 8 distinguishable styles designed by different local and international architect teams: Azure Blue, Provence, Indigo Ocean, Mediterranean, Aquamarina, Blue Horizon, Sapphire, and Tropical Mist. The interior designs are inspired by the beachside lifestyle, with white, beige, gray, and sand color schemes accentuated by shades of blue and green and further daintified by decorative elements using wood, marble, brass, and gold as finishing touches.

Palm Jebel Ali, an iconic palm-shaped island created by Nakheel Properties, is a prestigious residential community off the coastline of Dubai. This artificial beach resort covers a total area of 13.4 sq. kilometers with a 110-kilometer beachline, which is twice the size of Palm Jumeirah. The community is one of the flagship projects in the strategic development plan of the Dubai Government and will feature a wide range of residential, entertainment, recreational, and commercial facilities.

The project’s villas feature 5 (Azure Blue, Provence, Indigo Ocean, Mediterranean) and 6-bedroom options (Sapphire, Aquamarina, Tropical Mist, Blue Horizon) ranging from 680 to 784 sq. meters of space. Each 3-storey mansion will include opulent in-house amenities such as spacious dressing rooms, several balconies and terraces, a rooftop lounge, additional bedrooms for guests and staff, an elevator, a garage, a swimming pool, and more.

The developer of Beach Villas offers an 80/20 payment plan, where 80% of the cost is paid in installments over the course of the construction and 20% upon its completion. The prices for the community’s mansions start at AED 19,000,000. The project’s handover is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2027.
