Nakheel Properties offers an 80/20 payment plan: 80% of the sum is broken into a 20% down payment and 10% installments over the 3-year construction period, and the rest is paid after its completion. The end of construction and the handover are expected in the 4th quarter of 2027.

Coral Villas, Dubai — Location

Coral Villas is located on the island of Palm Jebel Ali in Dubai. The nearby D53 highway connects it to Sheikh Zayed Road (E13), providing good connectivity with the rest of the city. Until the Coral Villas’ handover, its residents will need to use private vehicles and taxis to reach the mainland, as public transport will not be available. Water transport is expected to be the main means of transportation across the island.
