              As of early June 2024, the price of studios is 645,000 AED, one-bedroom apartments are 1,025,000 AED, and two-bedroom apartments are 1,550,000 AED.

              The complex features studios ranging from 441 sq. ft., one-bedroom apartments of 838 sq. ft., and two-bedroom apartments of 1,267 sq. ft.

              The purchase of apartments in Parkside Boulevard comes with an interest-free installment plan with a convenient payment schedule. The initial payment (IP) is 10%.
