Selina Bay is within a 5-10 minute drive from some of the best entertainment in the UAE and the world, including the world's first Ferrari theme park, where you can drive at speeds of up to 240km/h; Yas WaterWorld, a mega water park with incredible water attractions; Yas Marina Circuit, the only Formula 1 circuit with races at dusk; and the Warner Bros. World theme park with the characters of the WB film company.

The Selina Bay residential complex is surrounded by many parks, a promenade, and established resort-style infrastructure. The Yas Beach complex with a spa center, a swimming pool, and a well-maintained beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Etihad Arena, the largest indoor venue in the Middle East and home to the UAE's iconic sporting and music events is 10 minutes' walk away. A golf course is within a 3-minute drive.

The completion of Selina Bay is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. Up until the handover of the keys, the monthly payments will amount to 1% of the lot price. There are 5 to 15% discounts on the purchase depending on the size of the first payment.
