South Living

South Living is located in the master district of Dubai South, which is being developed by the state company Dubai South Properties. The area hosts Al Maktoum International Airport, tourist attractions like the pedestrian eco-district Expo City, where World Expo 2020 was held, and Dubai Airshow, an international aviation exhibition, as well as a free economic zone, numerous residential and office complexes.

A cozy area for family relaxation, framed by a flowering landscape garden, is created within the South Living complex. The terrace features two pools with shaded relaxation areas. Adjacent to the water area is a children's playground with soft flooring and a spiral slide, as well as courts for badminton and paddle tennis. Among the greenery, there is a barbecue area with gazebos.

Apartment layouts feature all bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and balconies, with guest toilets near the entrance. Some two-bedroom units come with offices. Three-bedroom lots include rooms for staff. Living areas in corner apartments are surrounded by panoramic windows. From 2 to 5 rooms have floor-to-ceiling glazing. The second floor offers unique options with spacious terraces opening into a green garden.

South Living is one of the few residential complexes available for purchase with a post-handover payment plan. During construction and upon receiving the keys, only 74% of the apartment cost is payable, with the remainder after moving in. The down payment is just 5% of the apartment's cost.
