Mudon

Mudon is a gated community in the Dubailand neighborhood on the outskirts of Dubai, developed by Dubai Properties. The name of the neighborhood translates from Arabic as "towns". Mudon is aimed at families with children, and real estate here is represented by villas, townhouses and low-rise apartment buildings. The neighborhood is characterized by comfortable and spacious housing, landscaping, parks and gardens, as well as modern infrastructure.

Mudon is located near major highways, so residents can quickly access other parts of the city and neighboring areas of Arabian Ranches and Dubai Studio City. For example, Dubai EXPO can be reached in 15 minutes, while the center of Dubai and the international airport can be reached in 35 minutes.

Security and fire protection systems are in place on site. Public transportation accessibility is currently limited, but bus stops and a metro station are planned.
