The ELO complex is located in the comprehensively developed community of Damac Hills 2. It includes a clinic and its own shopping center with a wide selection of shops and restaurants. There are two payment options for purchasing apartments. The down payment is 20%. Three months later, the monthly payment plan starts, requiring a 1% payment. There will be exceptions with 5 payments of 5%, 6%, and 8%. Upon construction completion in December 2026, 20% or 30% must be paid.
