Haya on the Park

Haya on the Park is located in the unique Town Square area of Dubai. It is a self-sufficient neighborhood with schools, clinics, nurseries, dog parks, and various social services such as laundries, tailors, hair salons, pharmacies, pet stores, and a veterinary clinic. By 2026, two international schools—Aspire Horizon Academy and GEMS—are planned to open here.

Furthermore, Haya on the Park is being built within an already established infrastructure with comprehensive rather than spot development. Many walking areas, parks, and green spaces have been created around it. Each building is lined with wide European-style sidewalks bordered by lush greenery.

Just a seven-minute walk from Haya on the Park is a large park with play areas for children of all ages. It features toddler playgrounds with trains and carousels, and areas for older kids with football, basketball, and paintball courts, a skate park, and an aquatic zone. Adults can enjoy a wave pool, a paddle tennis court, and a squash court.

Residents of Haya on the Park can travel for free from the Town Square Dubai area to the Mall of the Emirates. An autonomous shuttle bus runs this route every 30 minutes.
