            Nouran Living offers 372 lots: studios and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms. However, as of April 2024, most properties are already sold. Only apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms are available for purchase.

            The developer offers a payment plan with interest-free installments. The down payment is 10%. During construction, five payments are required: four of 10%, one of 15%. Upon handover in October.
