The Central Downtown — Location

The Central Downtown residential complex is in the new investment-attractive area of Arjan, Dubai, characterized by low-rise buildings and modern architecture. It is one of the closest residential areas to Dubai Marina and the DMCC free zone.

Arjan boasts quality infrastructure. The Dubai Science Park free zone is two minutes away from the complex. The area has kindergartens and five schools, multiple medical clinics, and one of Dubai’s most famous parks, Miracle Garden.

With a well-developed transportation system and proximity to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Umm Suqeim Street, the city center can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car or public transport. A bus stop is located at the foot of the complex. By 2030, a metro station will open in Arjan, halving the travel time to central city locations.

It is an off-plan project in Dubai and currently, you can buy a two-bedroom apartment here for the price of a one-bedroom in JVC or JLT. As of mid-May 2024, the annual rental cost for apartments of a similar size ranges from 50,000 to 150,000 dirhams. As the area develops and the metro is constructed, property prices will rise.
